Confidence, logic, and a willingness to let it rip.

Indica Labs is the incubator arm of Indica Group. We build new businesses — some our own, some alongside operators — and advise the founders and operators figuring out what's next. AI shows up where it actually helps.

What we do
01 — Build our own

Zero to revenue, on a sprint.

We look at business models worth testing and ask one question first: can today's commercial AI tools carry this from concept to revenue? When the answer is yes, we build — quickly, with purpose, and with the operating complexity in mind from day one.

We're not building demos. We're building things that can actually be run, by a small team, smarter than the version that came before.

02 — Build alongside operators

We bring the ideas. You know the business.

We come in with a point of view on what's worth building inside an operator's world — sometimes for problems they've already named, sometimes for ones they haven't framed yet. The aim is meaningful impact, optimizing something that already works or growing something new.

We build it outside the core business, alongside the team, with the operator as the customer. Built with purpose, and flexible on what it becomes once the value is real.

03 — Advise

For operators and founders figuring out what comes next.

What's worth building, how to spend your energy, how to plan before you start. Research, positioning, and access to capital when the work calls for it.

AI shows up here too — we use it heavily to build and to run, and we'll help you think through where it earns its place and where it doesn't, so your time goes to the work only you and your team can do. We advise through ideation and building, and through the messier learning that comes with putting AI into an operation. Ongoing advisory and board roles available where the fit is right.

How we work

The how matters more than the what.

Tools for building are commoditizing fast. What separates the work that lands from the work that doesn't is the approach — how you listen, how you decide, how you move, what you say no to, and where you let AI do its job so humans can do theirs.

01

Listen first, then again.

Tell us about your pain. Tell us about your dreams. We listen, ask, think, challenge — and then we make a call. And then, if we need to, we go do the whole thing again.

02

Build, learn, rebound.

The plan is to move fast, be wrong sometimes, and recover. Paralysis is the failure mode we're trying to avoid. You learn what the work actually is once you're inside it — the trick is starting.

03

We say no.

We don't chase everything. We value our time, and we value yours. The time we don't spend here is time we spend with our families.

04

The how trumps the what.

The technical skill to build things is becoming commodity. What's left is figuring out the right thing to focus on, not getting lost, finding the one thing to crack, and pouring everything into it. How we go about the work — and why, and for whom — matters more than what the work is.

05

AI where it helps, humans where it counts.

Not everything should be automated. We use AI to free up the people doing the work — so they can listen to the customer, tell the story, and build the thing. That's the work AI can't do.
